Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 20, 2026 | Last Updated: February 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Neet Mail Google Workspace add-on (the Service). By installing or using Neet Mail, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Neet Mail is a Google Workspace add-on that enables users to send personalized bulk emails from Google Docs using contact data stored in Google Sheets. Emails are sent through the user own Gmail account.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid Google Workspace or personal Google account to use Neet Mail. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account and Access
Neet Mail uses Google OAuth 2.0 authentication. We do not create separate user accounts. Your access to the add-on is tied to your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
4. Acceptable Use
By using Neet Mail, you agree to:
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam legislation such as CAN-SPAM (United States), GDPR (European Union), CASL (Canada), and the Spam Act 2003 (Australia).
– Only send emails to recipients who have given you consent to contact them.
– Include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism in your campaigns where required by law.
– Not use the Service to send malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.
– Not use the Service to send phishing emails or impersonate others.
– Not use the Service in a way that violates Google Terms of Service or Gmail sending policies.
– Respect Gmail daily sending limits as set by Google.
5. Your Data and Content
You retain full ownership of all data and content used with Neet Mail, including your contact lists, email templates, and activity logs. We do not claim any rights to your content. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we access and process your data.
6. Gmail Sending Limits
Neet Mail sends emails through your Gmail account and is therefore subject to Google sending limits. These limits are set and enforced by Google, not by Neet Mail. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by exceeding Gmail sending quotas.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Neet Mail is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
– That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
– That emails sent through the Service will be delivered to all recipients.
– That the Service will meet your specific requirements.
– The accuracy or reliability of any results obtained from using the Service.
Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control, including recipient mail server configuration, spam filters, Gmail sending reputation, and Google infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neet Mail and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neet Mail and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations regarding email communication.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Termination
You may stop using Neet Mail and uninstall the add-on at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neet Mail regarding your use of the Service.
