Manage your contact lists right inside Google Sheets. Organize recipients into separate lists, add tags, and use custom fields. Each list is its own sheet tab, all within a single spreadsheet. Your data stays entirely under your control.

Personalize every email with merge tags like {{firstname}}, {{lastname}}, {{email}}, {{address}}, and any custom column from your spreadsheet. Tags are automatically replaced with each contact data at send time.

Create separate lists for different audiences – newsletters, clients, VIPs, event attendees – each as its own sheet tab within your contact spreadsheet. Select which list to send to for each campaign.

Every email send is automatically logged in the _Activity sheet within your contact spreadsheet. See who was emailed, when, and for which campaign. Track sent, opened, and clicked events – all inside your own Google Sheet.

Preview exactly what recipients will see before you go live. Send a test email to yourself or colleagues to check formatting, merge tags, and content. Test emails are clearly marked with a [TEST] subject prefix.

Emails are sent directly from your own Gmail account. Recipients see your name and email address – no third-party sender domains, no sent-on-behalf-of notices. Your sending reputation stays in your control.

Add a configurable unsubscribe footer to every campaign. Customize the unsubscribe text and set a reply-to email address for opt-out requests. Enable or disable the footer on a per-campaign basis.

Optionally include your existing Gmail signature on outgoing campaign emails to keep your branding consistent. Toggle signature inclusion on or off when setting up each send.
